Deployed out of country multiple times to aid the local law enforcement to re-establish law and order.
Retired after serving as a Correctional Officer, Sergeant, Lieutenant, Hostage Negotiations Leader, Member for the state Crisis Response Team, and an expert witness in the area of Use of Force where he logged over 3,000 hours as a Use of Force Training Instructor.
Jeff’s goals are to help others legally and safely protect themselves in a world gone mad. His certifications include P.O.S.T. Tactical Handgun Instructor, NRA Pistol Instructor, NRA Rifle Instructor, NRA Shotgun Instructor, NRA Chief Range Safety Officer, California DOJ Certified Instructor, and numerous certifications for the Department of Corrections.
Jeff specializes in Beginning and Advanced Pistol, Beginning and Advanced Rifle, Beginning and Advanced Shotgun and CDCR Qualifications.

Taught Elementary School, Middle School, High School, and Adults in various subjects since 1993 and absolutely loves to work with people!

Currently serves as Lemoore Sportsman’s Club Association President.
