Concealed Carry Weapon Permit
This class satisfies SB-2 requirements by the State of California for agencies:

As required by the state of California, a 2-day (16 hours total) course for Initial Applicants and an 8-hour course for Renewal Applicants covering areas of firearm safety, firearm handling, shooting techniques, mental health and California law as pertaining to Concealed Carry Weapons. Students must qualify each gun they wish to have listed on their CCW.
Initial Students You will sign up and schedule Day 1. Once you have registered for your Day One Class, you will receive information on how to sign up for Day 2. The entire course is paid in full at the time of registration. Course details listed below

NOTE: The price DOES NOT include the mandatory membership to use the range. If you are NOT a LSC member, please add a $20 Day Pass per day or a $120 Family Annual Pass for each couple and adult members of your immediate family.

Course Details Below
COURSE REQUIREMENTS:
Must be in attendance for the entire class and pass the qualification course of fire
Must demonstrate safe handling and qualify with every firearm to be listed on their CCW as instructed by their agency (no time requirement)
Firearms must be registered in the applicant’s name
CLASSROOM MATERIALS:
Pen and paper
Drinks and food are encouraged
Completed Waiver
RANGE MATERIALS:
Membership or day pass to the range
Personal Protection Gear: eyes, ears (electronic preferred), hat with brim
Guns you wish to qualify registered in your name.
Ammunition: Enough to qualify each gun plus training rounds for one gun (50 renewal and 150 initial). Ammunition will not be available for purchase. See qualification courses of fire for your agency to the right.
OWB kydex holster covering the trigger for the training gun (Contact us if you do not have one) and a sturdy belt
FRESNO COUNTY SHERIFF:
The student must fire 12 rounds from the 3, the 5, and the 7 for a total of 36 rounds. You cannot miss more than 7 shots (Passing is 80%)
Each gun must be fired at least once.
Maximum Guns: 6 (as of March 2024)
KINGS COUNTY SHERIFF, TULARE COUNTY SHERIFF, HANFORD POLICE DEPARTMENT & LEMOORE POLICE DEPARTMENT:
In order to certify a certain handgun, the student must fire the maximum amount of rounds the gun holds. This does not include a round in the firing chamber.
Half of the total bullets (or 50%) from one full magazine or one full cylinder must hit the target (within the 8 ring) from at least the seven yard mark.
Maximum Guns: 10 (Kings County), 9 (Tulare County), 5 (Lemoore PD), 3 (Hanford PD)
KERN COUNTY SHERIFF:
The student must fire a total of 12 rounds for each gun they wish to place on their CCW:
8 rounds at 5 yards (4 rounds supported, 2 rounds gun hand only, 2 rounds support hand only)
4 rounds at 7 yards
75% of all shots must be within the bottle outline on a standard FBI-Q target.
