Defensive handgun Training

Ongoing Course starting at $30* per hour.

Description

Defensive Pistol Training is generally considered an ongoing course specifically catered to the individual or group who has a solid understanding of the basics but is looking to become more proficient and confident with their gun handling skills and overall accuracy. Course topics include, but are certainly not limited to: holster work, trigger reset techniques, after action drills, accuracy improvement, failure drills, malfunction drills, cover utilization, concealment strategies, time pressure scenarios, and shooting while on the move. The training is typically spent entirely on the shooting range, with the first lesson usually lasting approximately 1 1/2 hours, followed by subsequent 1-hour sessions. The frequency of the training is typically determined by the preferences and needs of the student or group involved. Those who are particularly interested in saving money on their firearm’s journey are encouraged to take advantage of the opportunity to purchase a weekly or monthly subscription, which is offered at the reduced rate of just $30 per hour, and to join as a valued member of the Lemoore Sportsman’s Club.

If you are not currently a member, day passes run $20 or you can purchase an Annual Family Membership for $120. The membership includes Rifle, Handgun (including walk up ranges), Skeet and Trap Shooting, Archery, Knife Throwing, and Primitive Campgrounds.
